Got out Saturday with my dad and son for a day of gar fishing with Dawson Hefner. What a great day! It was my son's present for his 13th birthday. He had a great time and caught 2 nice fish (can you tell by the smiles?). Dawson was awesome with him and made it a great trip. Hoping to get back out with him sometime.

I have gone and tried under the Lewisville dam but never got one. Got to keep trying. But those kiddos look like good fishermen and I am poor at best.
