Struggling to figure this out, hoped someone on here can point me in the right direction.

My main on/off rocker switch on my 2003 TZX190 lights up just fine. The rest of my switches are dead. I've checked my fuses, they all appear fine. Battery connections are great. My separate fuse box for my electronics works great.

I'm getting approximately 12.5 volts to my on/off toggle switch on the dash on both bottom pins. I'm not getting any readings at all on any of my fuse block slots (except the one for power).

Any advice or direction would be great. My next step is to remove the fuse block and inspect further.

I assume it’s a bad relay, I doubt all your power flows thru that switch.

Remove take pics and use the meter. Maybe we can assist. Sounds like something came loose or tripped circuit breaker or fuse.

I don’t think there are any relays on that boat. It’s pretty simple. It’s a simple switch that sends power to the fuse box. I’d bet the switch is either corroded inside, or a terminal on the back is corroded. I know boat has two simple timers on the fill and recirculate switches. Those are about it. The rest is direct wiring that powers through the switches.

Also, don’t forget to check the ground wiring that is at the fuse panel. It’s as important as the positive side of the wiring going through the switch.

If the boat still has the black box, it is bad. Skeeter had to rewire a lot of boats during that time because there was a black box under the dash that would go bad.

From your main power switch, it goes to a fuse block. Make sure that the wire from the load side of your switch to your fuse block is connected which gives all of your fuses power on their line side and then each individual wire coming off of the fuse block to a switch. That would be the first thing I check since they are all out.

Thanks for the replies guys. I felt like I was gonna break my neck up under that console. I'm going to remove the fuse block and see what's going on behind it. All the grounds appear connected and are firmly snug.

Why can't they have all this stuff in the rod locker in front of the console for easier access?

I had a 2002 Skeeter ZX190 and it had the small black relay boxes under the dash mounted on inside wall of boat. Not sure if they changed this one year later for a 2003. When I would power wash the carpet they would get wet and go out. Sometimes one would go out and sometimes it was multiples.

If it wasn't so cramped up under that console I would consider doing a complete rewire, or at the very least replacing that fuse block with a new one.

A voltmeter or a jumper wire will let you isolate which side the problem is on pretty quick.

I used my multimeter and can see that when the wiring harness is hooked up to my battery that I'm only getting power on the fuse block slot labeled power. I'm not getting power to any other fuse block slots. What's weird is there's no dedicate positive terminal on this fuse block (that I can see) that would go directly to the battery.

is the panel the old push bubble style? if so the panel is bad and you will have to get a toggle switch panel. Had to do it it to mine. I have some old pictures if that's the case and was a hour job swapping it out.

I have the rocker style switches, ended up figuring it out. A wire wasn't connected correctly.
