I'dtake that Civic on ice every day of the week and twice on Sunday before I even looked at that bro-mobile!

It's not the fact you can't make it because you probably can, It's the risk vs. reward question.
Why would people risk their personal vehicle for 100-300 bucks of pay to come in to make you money.

I've been pimpin in the 1996 Chrysler Concorde the past few days

I NEVER missed work due to weather. I'm one of those that lived the farthest and always made it to work while one's living a 1/3 of the distance never made it. Problem is, they made as much or more than I did and nothing ever changed. Companies don't reward good employee's anymore.

One year, many years ago we had ice and the only person who did not make it to work that day lived about a mile from the office. Some carriers left over an hour early and drove as far as 40 miles to get to work yet the one who could not make it was 5 minutes away.

Another one, when I was a supervisor, we had a guy who was never quite right who drove from S Ft Worth during an ice event on his motorcycle. Took him 4 hours to get to work and he was the last person to leave as I was locking up the door that evening. I told him to follow me home to no avail. It took him 4 hours to get home.

And let me add that if you drive an 18 wheeler let's put the bucket of truck stop chicken down kick the lot lizard out of truck and get the freight moving. Truck drivers have become the pansies of the world.
