Rowdy loves the cold, he also loves getting in the hot tub (yes, he has his own float and has been known to fall asleep while in their with us) when he gets out, he get's the Zoomies and runs all around the yard. Buddy of mine had a Malamute (actually it was his sons) that LOVED cold weather. The colder the better. He insisted on sleeping outside if it was cold. He absolutely hated warm or hot weather. He would sleep laying on top of an air-conditioned vent.

Just got done taking this idiot for a walk down the icy street. Of course, she wanted to play in the back yard and harass the squirrels when we got back to the house.

Cold no, not one little bit. But LOVES the hail out of the novelty of snow.

The Doxie doesn't for obvious reasons. It it's too cold or wet he just goes on the sidewalk or patio.
The Rat Terrier sometimes like to run in the snow for a bit.
Neither wants to be a pupsicle.

We have a cat that loves being out in the cold. My daughter’s dachshund on the other hand hates it because his business drags in the snow!
