Apex2019 Green Horn A Joined: Dec 2022 Posts: 3	They installed my Garmin livescope on my boat. Had trouble with my Two Solix after their install. Finally tracked down the issue. When they ran the Ethernet cable to the bow Solix then kinked it and it was shorting out. They stretched the cable too tight to make the connection to the bow Solix. I fixed the issue with a new 20 foot cable I bought and that fixed the issue. Other than that issue the install job has been good.

G&S Trolling Motors down here in Humble had it up until 3 weeks ago. They and Lowrance themselves told me numerous times they were waiting on parts to fix it with a total price of $1470 Pulled it from G&S and drove it the 5 hours to Jones. 4 days later Jones calls says Lowrance is covering it under warranty bug yes parts are a couple weeks out. Guy at Lowrance called me an hour later and stated he will personally verify Jones gets the parts they need and that the Ghost will be shipped back to me at no cost.
