My son and I are fishing our first Bass Champs this weekend at Choke Canyon. Just want to know how early do we need to get to ramp to launch? We are going to pre register if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Last year Calliham was a mess that morning. Wonโ€™t be near the turnout this year due to how the lakes fishing. I would still get there plenty early and bring your patience!

Sign up the night before.

Takeoff will be at safe light that morning which I would guess would be around 7:20.

There are two trains of thought, be early (5:30 arrival) and wait on the water or be late right before takeoff (645 arrival) and avoid the lines.

Otherwise show up in between and get ready to wait.

Have fun and good luck!
