If I install the latest Garmin update does it install all of the updates ever made for the Garmin?
What is the latest updates also?
So I know I am getting the right ones.

It will update you to the latest version which will include all changes from prior versions as well.

Does it update the livescope also?
The 3 units are 106sv.
I just want to make sure I get all the proper updates, that I am paying for.

the only "update" I would complete is when I can overwrite the Garmin software with Lowrance... I miss my Lowrance functionality, not to mention all the years of waypoints/trails - nav data that did not convert to Garmin fully...sniffle... it's like going from Windows machine to a Mac, it's just not intuitive...

If you are using Active Captain on your phone to connect to you devices, it should do everything for you including updating your LSS.
