A few are assembled (keyword there) here, The difference is the type of cells used and grade of cells. Some are used cells and some are new, hence why some show to have more cycles in their lifespan.
Some have low temp/high temp BMS.
Some have Bluetooth.

As above ^^^; type and grade of cells, quality of battery management system (temperature charging cutoffs), some have internal heating elements, quality of the wiring and insulation, and shock resistance/water resistance of the housing/casing

Oh and some have a distributor taking his cut, but they also have to deal with the warranty issues.
