I am in need of moving a minn kota fortrex from one boat to the other. Both have fortrex on them now, one is just newer than the other. I dont want to have to switch the mounting brackets. There is a bolt in the mounting bracket that looks like can be removed and the units swapped. I dont want to mess up the hydraulics cylinder. Has anyone done this or can give a recommendation? Thanks

Take the big allen head out in the upper bracket and it will slide out. Won't messing anything up
