Shouldn't ribeye be on a plate by itself or with maybe a side of some green leafy stuff or a baked potato? That is why God made sirloin steak for tacos

I would put ribeye on a taco if it was a leftover. I would also use it for my meat in eggs for breakfast.

Ojeda's in Dallas uses Angus ribeyes for one of their fajitas. Delicious.
