Are there any brands of bass boats that are known for a slightly narrower beam? I've got an unusual problem with my Phoenix 921 with the 96" beam as the opening in my garage is more narrow than I anticipated and it's a really tight squeeze. It's enough to make me uncomfortable.

It's one of those garages with two separate doors that are divided.

Any brands that come to mind that might be slightly narrower?

Champions prior to 94 were mostly 86" wide, later models are 90" then they started building tubs in 2000.

Is the garage door wall load bearing? If it is you should be able to contract a garage door company to change the doors for one wide door.

There are several BassCats that are slightly narrower than 96" but usually when the trailer is still 96" wide from tire to tire.

Actually most boat trailers are 102โ€ wide or an inch or so less. Thatโ€™s the legal limit without needing a wide load permit.

There are several choices.
Measure the width of your garage doors.
You CAN get a trailer built that the wheels/fenders snug up under the boat, so it's the same width. Not uncommon.
I could get my old 86" champs through a single wide door, but it was a careful backup job.

In other words, it just takes money.
