Thinking about using loc r bars on my legend - legend deck is set up like ranger, skeeter etc with a smaller storage day box right in front of the driver console. Loc R Bar has an add on "T" looking thing to cover additional compartments but can't tell if it can be moved over to one side rather than the middle of the bar -

Anyone have one that can tell me it can be moved over to starboard side and still locked?

Thanks

The ones i have seen are welded on the the pipe end. Not adjustable.

May be able to have someone weld another piece on where you need it.

On mine the T bar is a separate piece with a hole and you position it where you need it, but generally in the middle so that it lines up with a hole in the T and lock r bar for the padlock. There is only one hole through the lock r bar, so not sure you could move the T too far off center and still be able to lock it. Hope that makes sense.

I had the same question and Andrew at TH said that yes, with the added compartment adapter, you can also protect the storage in front of the console.

Andrew is right - I finally just ordered a bar and the compartment adapter and there are enough holes in the two bars so that you can position the lock through the bar and the adapter to cover the day box part. Had to kind of play with exactly where the two brackets for the bar went into the gunnell to get the holes to line up but it worked fine.
