Were you on the south end of the lake?

We fished Clear creek/Star Harbor, The Dam area in 50 ft and in the large deep basin in front of the Pinnacle and Key Ranch area. Generally this would probably be considered the south area/end of the lake.

Fantastic. I didn’t have the right equipment for a dead stick presentation. I tried Lavon. My sonar had a thick line of what I believe was bait fish in 25 FOW tight to the bottom. No takers on my 5/8 white and chart slabs. then went to the dam and nada. I fished the afternoon on Sunday for 2.5 hours. I haven’t fished the winter months much, I’ll figure it out. I was tempted to try CCL but the weather forecast persuaded me otherwise today. I went on the west side of Lavon and tried catfish. Only one bite and he came off at the boat. It was 4-5 lbs under a cormorant roost. Nothing else to tell today. I have CCL on my radar this year. Great write up and pictures. Looks like a blast!
You ain’t gonna catch any sittin’ on the couch.
