I went all Lithium's with Ionics from Drewcraft about 2 years ago and have loved everything about them. Well, we got to the lake house last Thursday morning and essentially had no power until Friday night about 9:00. To say it was a little chilly (39 in the house at one point) is an understatement. As flash lights and phones ran out of juice, I would charge things using the USBs in my boat. Well, I forgot to turn the graphs off one time and it drained the battery so low the BMS shut the battery down and my charger wouldn't charge it because it couldn't "see" the battery was there. Having searched the internet and coming up empty I decided to email Drew yesterday late afternoon hoping he wouldn't see it much less respond until Monday since it was Christmas. He instead responded with a simple easy fix in about 5 minutes. Talk about some awesome customer service!

The solution was simple and worked perfectly. I used jumper cables to connect my cranker to one of the trolling motor batteries then plugged the charger in. The charger recognized the battery instantly and began to charge it. Once it got to 5% I disconnected the cables and its now fully charged.

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas.

when I was ready to get trolling motor batteries he always had an answer within an hr. to any questions I had and I had a few.

wanted to buy local but the financing was a must have for my poor butt.
