Fayette first time?

Want to head to Fayette next week. Question no.1 is weekdays better for less netters that i keep hearing about or no. no.2 what launch is better if there is an opinion on the accessibility, launch conditions ...etc....TIA

Weekdays are always better for less boat traffic in general. IMO....Oak Thicket Park is the better ramp.

GPenn...I usually fish this lake once a week, and see cast netters on every trip, but they don't prevent you from fishing, and they don't net in deeper water. The weekdays do have less traffic, but it can be packed on weekdays as well if the weather is good this time of year. They seem to have the buzzard issue under control at both ramps now, so just pick one...I launch at Oak Thicket, but it is usually less crowded at Park Prairie. Good luck...
