Maybe late 2023 but my guess is a January 2024 opening date for Bois D'Arc.
Slide right, coming in .... Fish On!

I drove out there yesterday just to look at it. Talked to the people at the administration building. They said even after its full they will still need to clear all debris and call it safe before they open it. Good part of that, it'll get another spawn in before it starts getting fished. I'm betting it opens late summer.

Spring at the earliest of 2024 unless we get some type of system that just sits to the north of it for a couple of days.
Looking forward to it though!

Cooper part 2. Once it gets full and they start drawing water they will, or course, need to kill off that horrible vegetation LOL! (being sarcastic)

Looking forward to it though! Need a system to sit South and West of it, there isn't a lot of runoff area to that lake from the north side.

… and when does NTMWD start drawing water from the lake? Probably some time after it reaches full pool stage. They do not need it to be full to draw water. They are real close to doing so now.
