The BOSS bought some sliced Pork Loin and I don't know what to do with it. This is sliced thin, only about 3/8" thick, if that. They are like 2" x 3" medallions of a lean boneless Pork Loin.

I'm usually a pretty good cook, but I can't figure out what to do with these things. Dry cook, and they'll be tough as leather, and taste the same. I am thinking about smothering in mushrooms and brown gravy. Or maybe smothering in pineapple and cherry juice to make sweet n sour.

I hate it. And the wife doesn't cook. Well, she can .... but I say that she is not just a Bad Cook, she is a Hazzard in the kitchen.

What should I do? Getting late for dinner.

I'm glad there are wine drinkers in this world ..... it saves more beer for the rest of us.

Bread and pan fry. Smother with gravy and whatever you like. Braise and make sandwiches out of.

Chunk it in the slow cooker with some onions, salt and pepper and broth. Turn it into pulled pork.

Wrap them around some cheese and jalapeno. Salt, pepper, garlic powder on that. Then wrap the loin in bacon. Some Dr pepper and honey sauce.

Grilled pork balls.

Look up a pork saurbraten recipe.

Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

I have some similar in the freezer, think I will put them in a crock pot. Maybe with barbecue sauce. Undecided on the sauce.
