Anyone have any intel on lake mineral wells about crappie ? I’ve been thinking about going out there with some jigs and maybe a few minnows. Is there any structure out there that might hold crappie? How are the boat ramps?
Sorry so many questions, never been out there.

Lots of small fish, yes some structure. Get out on it and look around. I would go to Lake Bridgeport if I lived in that area.

make sure you check your dates.

They have a park closure coming up for a week or so.

The charge to get in is 7.50 take that money and put it towards gas and go to the crappie house at Graham probably have a lot better luck. The parks have really made it hard for a single person to justify the cost of the entrance fee anymore.

The crappie house at Graham is privately owned, isn't it? I would think there would be a charge to get in there too, right?
