Got a catfish with some "rice krispies" in the gill/throat that I think is gill lice. Also something that looks like worms on the stomach and intestines. They are white, all curled up, and are not moving. The intestines is so packed full of poop.

The meat looks fine. I found nothing out of the ordinary.

Think it should be safe to eat if cooked thoroughly. Should this is something that should be reported? If needs to be reported (maybe TPWD?) how and who do I contact?

The TPWD would be where I would call with any concerns, that or if you know one of your local game wardens, either way it gets to the right place to start.
