Mine is probably Mineola. It's just always felt like home in a sense to me. It's probably where we will end up retiring to. I love San Augustine too.

Parent's live in Mineola and nephew is a senior in H.S and there is a lot support from the community and close enough to anything you need so agree

Graham, great people and just big enough to not have to do without, yet small enough to get that small town feel. Also I love that breaking country and it's just close enough to PK to be convenient yet far enough to keep the riff raff out.

and meth.

I like small towns and would consider moving so long as they have adequate medical facilities close by.
My parents retired 40 miles from the nearest decent hospital and 70 miles from BAMC (changed the name since then).
It became a hardship traveling during their last 10 years.

comfort when I lived there, lived right on the guadalupe at first then bought 5 acres about 15 miles out (halfway between comfort and welfare, always loved that).

great people, some really good food and not far from boerne/san antonio or fredricksburg or kerrville.

Crockett or Celina or Van Alstyne or Quitman. Any of those 4 will do for me. Mineola, also a great town.
