How you season your turkey? I’m thinking of olive oiling the skin and then Tony Chacheries only. What you like? Thanks

I've cooked a turkey on mine 7 yrs in a row. I inject heavily with Tony Chacheres Creole Butter then a heavy dose of Tony's seasoning. Throw it in the Big Easy till middle of breast hits 165 degrees. They cook amazing turkey!

I rub the turkey all over with avocado oil, including under the sin over the breast because it's easy to pull it loose so you can get under it. I also use Chacheres creole butter to inject breast, legs and thighs. I use Adkins BBQ rub on mine. Unlike frying a turkey, when you use a Big Easy the oil and rub actually stays on the bird. When you fry one in oil it all floats off when you drop that bird into the hot oil.
