First, the American football game between the Bills and Browns this Sunday was moved to Detroit because of a little bit of snow in the forecast. Now the Bills cancelled their practice for today…will just meet on MySpace or whatever.

How do you practice when the snow is 3-4 feet deep already?

Moving the game location is smart. I’d guess all the airports within 500 miles will be shut down.

This should be a clue when the two yankee stadiums that are outdoor are forsaken for an indoor stadium.

i saw it snow 9" in 30 minutes
it was incredible
made some cats start believing in the power of God

They wouldn't cancel it because of the snow, they would cancel because they stadium collapsed.

Funny part as a Texan I know if it snowed 3" let alone 3' we would have completely shut down here.

Yeah I find it funny too that a guy in Texas is talking about 6 ft of snow not really being an issue.

I used to have to walk over a mile in snow deeper than that to get to school, we didn’t cancel anything. When school was over we’d get our snow shovels and fleece the olds that wanted their driveways shoveled. Sometimes we’d get frostbite so bad our fingers and/or toes would turn black…and we liked it.
