Hey guys, could use some advice. I'm looking at buying a 2017 Legend V20 with a merc 250 pro xs. It's advertised with a "new" powerhead. I did ask if this was rebuilt or a new manufactured and was told the block was new, rings and bearings from OBR. I've asked for the paper work from OBR and who did the install. Anything else I should be aware of or questions I should be asking?

Thanks in advance.
