So where did you come up with that concoction? Sounds good.

Need more info. Pineapple Juice (canned)? Does it ferment?

I'm glad there are wine drinkers in this world ..... it saves more beer for the rest of us.

Aunt used to make it. Lots of recipes on you tube. Clean a pineapple of skin and core. Eat pineapple and use skins and scraps. Chopped it up small. Put in container and add quart of water and 3/4 cup sugar. Mix well. Then add couple shakes of cinnamon and a little powdered ginger. Give a good shake or stir. Cover with towel.
It keeps unwanted things getting in. Put in a dark room temp spot fot 48 -72 hours. Shake or stir well every 24 hours. You can skim foam off top when you shake it daily. After 2-3 days. Strain and refrigerate. You can cap tightly with a stopper or snap down lid or canning jar.. Refrigerate and enjoy. It will be from 3-5 % alcohol. Don't really go over that time. It is a quick ferment and will change flavor if you do it longer. Really easy to do.
