Well the holidays will be here before you know it. I have a brother who enjoys bass fishing, just not quite on the same level as me. Looking to get him something for around $100. If you could receive anything around the $100 mark what would you want? I was thinking of like a 200 yard roll of some Tatsu and some jackhammers, or something along that line.

What say you?

Depends on what he already has. I’d do a combo pack and skip the Tatsu (if he’s not hardcore), a buzzbait and other goodies.

Maybe a subscription to one of those monthly tackle packs.

No brainer. One of these or all 3. TW Gift Card, Bass Pro Gift Card, Academy Gift Card.

Everything on your bass boat is broken......You just don't know it yet.

Not a hug 6th sense guy but....6th sense has an assortment of "sacks" you can order that will have a variety of stuff in them and you'll get a pretty good bang for the buck with them. I ordered a couple for my nephews for christmas this year.

Does he fish from a boat or is he a pond bass fisherman?

Just in general I would get a collection of proven gear. I appreciate a gift card but unless he is hard core he will likely fish with whatever you choose especially if you sell the items with big bass stories. Jack Hammers or Megabass 110's or a yellow magic topwater are good because they catch fish and are at a price point that he might not buy for himself. A collection of pond baits can be fun because that usually means future fish catching. A couple of bigger ticket purchases like above, some tungsten weights, a couple of sizes of quality worm hooks, couple packs of worms, a couple of squarebills, some small spinnerbaits and buzzbaits, a few jigs, a few lead heads and keitech swimbaits should eat up a hundo pretty quick, provide a nice haul and create a really fun gift pack.
