New here, not sure if this is the place to post this but I'm going to give it try.

Got a problem someone may be able to give advice from experience. It's about fiberglass like a boat but it's about a Harley Davidson tour pack repair, also made of fiberglass. While installing a luggage rack I drilled 1 1/2" hole, of 4 holes, 1/4" off location. I've figured out how to put the hole where it belongs and move on; however, I still have the hole where it doesn't belong. Obviously the tour pack will not be exposed to water like a boat but may experience temperatures from 110 degrees to 30. What is best to fill that 1 hole with, body filler like old style bondo or bondo fiberglass?

use the bondo glass, I have used it for a lot of things and it is a lot easier to work with on glass.

just put some duct tape on the back side and fill away.
