Anyone aware of any stumps in regular or Lance's boat lanes going into Williams, little or big mustang at current level?

Yes, keep your head on a swivel. The lane makes a turn around a MASSIVE stump going into Big. The buoys will guide you in, but can be confused with the timber in lower light. Follow the trails closely!!!
