These days, in a corporation like that, I have no problem with that. It's the "millennial" way now. This generation won't even give 2 weeks notice, they'll just not show up to work anymore.

They were probably all working from home, leaching a paycheck. Did you think he would drive to each employee and shake their hands? They probably didn’t even have cars to get to work! Some were probably acting like 2 or 3 different employees and getting double paychecks.

The whole digital thing goes both ways.In this case it was their job and their termination. They all likely do everything over their phone anyway. They were working for a company which practiced censorship which influenced a election by controlling the information. Twitter censored Trump while keeping horrible political figures around the world on there.This is America. There is the First Amendment. Bye, bye. Clean out the censors.

How should he have done it? We're not talking a dozen employees. Zoom call? Better yet a space call on Twitter , Snail mail, visit each employee individually?
It's actually pretty hilarious how anything Elon does triggers people. I don't really care about Twitter. It's a terrible platform. Hopefully he improves that part, maybe I would use it more. But it's hilarious watching the meltdowns.

when i think of all the totally unnecessary "woke" jobs the liberals have created and forced companies to comply with their agendas, things like people that monitor and oversee bias against imaginary issues...there is a lot of room to cut heads for the best interest of the company...
