Those look legit. I’ve done Dino ribs a couple times on the RecTec and they were better than any brisket I’ve made.

Gonna find out in about 2 more hours. Had them on @ 225 for 4 hours. Just put them in the pan with some apple juice and apple cider vinegar for the last 2 hours.

My inlaws bough half a cow a few months ago. We split the cost. Got a few of these and finally got around to smoking some. Wish I could find them in a store as well.

I have seen the dinos in HEB in CedarPark but dont think they had them at the west store in Angelo. Out of my $$$$ range.

We hit the big HEB Plus in Cedar Park about once a month for groceries. The Mertzon Highway store if we are in Angelo. And Sams naturally across the street!

Costco usually has them. I have smoked both the Dino ribs and the beef short ribs. Cook them to at least 205 degrees internal or 210. I like both the same. The beef short ribs are usually a couple of dollars a lb cheaper. I also agree with the above post that they are better than brisket.
