With the lake level showing a little over 3 foot low, are there any ramps that I should be cautious using?

If you put in at the Boulders you're good, but watch out for the shallow flat going out on to the north of the ramp. Hillcreek has no problems either and has been better protected from this wind lately.
I haven't tried the others lately

The marina is good. Water is about 3-4 ft heading out of the ramp between islands.
