If you are talking about Lake Whitney, yes, there are numerous State parks available to find bank fishing areas.

If you are talking about Lake Whitney, yes, there are numerous State parks available to find bank fishing areas. Whitney only has one state park but many Corp parks.. Yes there is some good bank fishing..
