So now that the temps have cooled off I think I'm going to tackle a rewire of the bilge of my Skeeter. The previous owner haphazardly threw wiring throughout the boat and it's a bit of a mess.
I think I'm going to get a fuse box for my electronics instead of having 6+ cables on each terminal of my starting battery, as well as run tined marine wire. Anyone have any helpful tips to make it easier?

for wire: https://www.amazon.com/Kimbluth-Standard-Automotive-Speakers-Outdoors/dp/B09NKM9MRF/ref=sr_1_10?crid=2213TLT6LWX9O&keywords=tinned+marine+wire&qid=1666045249&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI1LjA4IiwicXNhIjoiNC45MSIsInFzcCI6IjMuOTUifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=tinned+ma%2Caps%2C2189&sr=8-10 fuse block/ground buss bar: https://newwiremarine.com/circuit-protection/you can find the tinned wire in all gauges, I ran the 10 from a fuse block/buss bar to the front and tied into my stuff. I would recommend investing in a good solder gun if you don't have one, solder any and all connections that you can, heat shrink crimp connectors for the rest.

Same here. When I begin the process of removing the transom cancer next month, I'm going to order all new rocker switches from Newwiremarine. Then I'm going to add LED lights underneath the rails and put a light bar up front. Crashing into channel markers at night on the Tennessee River is not a good thing. Not to mention the possibilities of hitting a floater.
He is truly a sick individual.
