One Lonely Slab of baby back ribs. Rubbed with mustard, Meat Church The Gospel and Squeal like a Pig rub. . B&B pellets /Hickory. Finished with a Raspberry glaze. Thanks to HEB for 1.97 lb. special. They`re not making money..... Ever try using just salt and pepper. Heavy on the pepper. Then when you wrap with pink butcher paper, pour some 100% pork lard on the paper first, then wrap.. Last 15 or so minutes, brush some diluted bbq sauce on the riibs. Dilute with water is fine. BTW.......when you get some lard, put it in the smoker and smoke it for at least 8 hrs. to absorb the smokey flavor. try it, you'll like it.
