What is the best mounting option. I bass fish 75% of the time but do like to crappie fish. I have looked in to the all aboard marine and do like the idea of being able to be in sync with the trolling motor.

I’m also wondering what’s the best mounting option for a Garmin force trolling motor.

I exclusively bass fish. I have had mine mounted on the Force since the beginning. The perspective view (LVS32) on the shaft and the forward view (LVS34) on the barrel. I have no desire to change. Others have separate poles and like their setup.

mine is mounted to my force, there is a nice notch in the mount for the ducer to sit in when stored.

I have the All Aboard all sync with the Force. Well made and good design. I rarely use the un-sync mode with the handle. The only downside in sync mode is that you have a blind spot at 270 degrees when the beam hits the TM shaft. with a direct to TM shaft mount, you have no blinds spots but will need boat control and be good with the TM pedal to stay on the fish in certain cases.

i think it boils down to what type of fishing you prefer to do. if you bass fish, i'd bet you can target crappie without spot lock.
