I started a new adventure in my fishing catalog that will allow me to make my own soft plastic baits. This was my first time and I learned a lot through trial and error. I started with remelting and pouring first. That way I could get use to the process and not waste my plastisol and material. The best is yet to come.

I have all the stuff to do it, but it takes too long and my results are somewhat inconsistent. Maybe after the time change and I don’t get the boat out during the week, I’ll have time to make a few thousand senkos.

Be safe. Be sure that you are well ventilated. Do not wear shorts & flip flops while you inject

I commented on your YouTube Page, but don't pour the plastisol into the injector, plunger down and draw in.
A little extra plastisol will help things melt more consistently.
Heat up the Metal mold slightly before you inject the first time.
