Probably my favorite tournament of the year to follow but not on Mead this year due to low water crying

Yes but that's what makes that event special. It was even more so when it took place in July, if you weren't in shape you didn't win. A true iron man of bass fishing.

Bertrand will try to go wire to wire tomorrow, don't really feel like a US open with this much weight smile

Just noticed they are WAY short on the entry list numbers, last few years the entries have maxed out, wonder if its inflation/recession or that they moved to different lake.

I would like to see Bertrand go wire to wire for a win.

It would also be cool to see Shuffield win. He's had a great year.

Pirch winning his 4th would be great to see

He beat Shuffield by about a pound, drop shot green pumpkin worm on 6lb line in 20-40 feet. Josh is a great angler and an even better person thumb
