I’m looking to fish tomorrow. Just checking how’s it going lately?

Must be bad. No replies. I was there last week and it looks like the lake is turning over. Didn’t fish. Just running the boat

I haven't been out in a few weeks, but the lake has been off all year really. The best parts of the lake are near impossible to get to in a fiberglass boat due to the low water. All the main lake stuff has had a ton pressure. Last few times out it has been just pure junk fishing for me. Cover lots of water using lots of different baits. Still some good fish to be had on Palestine but you really have to work for them.

It’s fishing pretty tough right now with the water turning and it being so low, many of the places that are easy to get to have been hammered with tournaments every weekend in the past 2 months
If I do catch a few, I’ll let you some things to try

Fished it Sunday... between 7:30 and 11:30 we had 2 short fish. Between 11:45 and 3, we put around 22lbs in the boat, including 2 over 6lbs. Caught 7 keepers total.
Burnt a lot of fuel and kept the trolling motor on high.
