You can always join the crowd at the 155 bridge. smile
Blue and chartreuse is a good color on Palestine , minnows will work also.

Lake is over 2 ft low. Plenty of timber exposed. Trees are always a good place to look. Timber just above the 155 bridge should hold some fish.

Probably all sound advise. Main lake timber has been pretty good lately. I haven't fished the bridge in years but it always held fish in fall and winter. Good luck! thumb

Caught some in 18-20ft around stumps in main channel in front of The Villages this weekend on jigs and minnows
lake is almost 3ft low- you won’t have to search for the channel, they are way out of the water
Be very careful running the lake at current level

PM me before you come and I’ll try to give you some updated info
