Tried Fisherman’s Point this week and it was just too low to use again.
I live on the south side of RC.
What do you all recommend ?

I launched at Oak Cove Wednesday. As you are facing the ramp,
launch on the left side -- side closest to the courtesy dock. We had
no problem. Fishing was good too.

Good Luck,
Bozz

As of today, RC is 5' feet low. Launching at Fisherman's Point Marina is absolutely no problem, but you will have a problem tying your boat up at the floating docks as there's only about a foot deep water at them. You can beach your boat and get aboard if you're physically able to do this. In the 90's we launched at the Marina when the Lake was down 12' feet low, and in the 2011 drought that lasted four years the Lake was 10' feet low and we launched. In both drought periods, the Marina had to dredge the boat ramp area, remove prop wash and added some rocks to extend the ramp. Not sure if the Lake gets that low this time if the Marina will spend the $'s to keep the ramp open??? Hope the rains come before the Lake lowers to those levels.

Be careful on the big Lake as Points, Sandbars & Hidden Timber can be hazardous in low Lake levels.
