MEGA 360 PROBLEM

OP captain-kilroy Angler C Joined: Jun 2013 Posts: 367 laird hill, texas	I just connected my new mega 360 and the unit does not see it. I have multiple units but just powered on the bow unit that is connected to the 360. The unit does not see the 360. I go to system info and it says transducer not configured. i verified voltage to the connector at the 360 head and all is good. I can plug my 2d sonar back in and it reconizes it. No 360 icon in the corner of the graph or nothing acts like the 360 is dead. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Wayne P. TFF Celebrity W Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 5,049 Charlottesville, Va	I'll guess you have G2 or G3 SOLIX or APEX units since you are looking for the 360 icon at the top right of the display. Disconnect the MEGA 360 and turn off or disconnect Ethernet. Do a Restore Factory Defaults, go through the new unit setup, and turn the unit off. Reconnect just the MEGA 360 and start the unit up. WAIT for the MEGA 360 to be recognized, may take a few minutes. It will be listed in the Sonar Source menu AFTER it is recognized. Last edited by Wayne P.; 10/07/22 08:08 PM.
