Huge shoutout to the guys over at Texas Boat Works. These guys have been super busy and you will immediately understand why once you get your boat in. These guys went above and beyond, I went in to get a shroud replaced from a faulty crack due to my graph mount, as well as get my yearly service done, and these guys got it squared away and on top of that as I was getting ready to pull the boat out Aaron noticed that the prop was loose. Pulled it off and saw that the hub was cracked and replaced it right on the spot. Seriously cannot think these guys enough for the service and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone that is in the DFW area that needs electronics work or engine work or maybe is just looking for a new boat. These guys are awesome and definitely deserve a shout out, will be a customer for life after yesterday.

Travis and the crew at the Lake Worth location did a great job for me, and their wait time was about the same as the other shops in the area. Super happy with the overall experience.

I drive by daily & they never appear to be open. Their web site says hours are by appointment only. They may be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but they sure seem to make it difficult to do business with them.
They appear to have found a way to be successful, good for them

Troy, Aaron and Billy are nothing but caring and concerned about how well your boat runs after the purchase. Would highly recommend buying a new or used boat from them as well as getting it serviced. Very responsive when you have a question or concern.

To answer your questions - no I do not spend much time on TFF to read post. Ronnie, you and I did speak about your numbers, but you weren't interested in spending the money at the time and you know you can call me anytime.
Some History - The first two years it was just mainly me working part time evenings and weekends to build this business and to be honest the wait list and the phone calls have been crazy. There was time I was three months behind... Our shop is now open full time M-F 8-4 in FW near Casino Beach and we do keep the shop doors closed because the building is climate controlled. This is why it may look closed. We have two buildings side by side, one being service and one being sales. While the area is getting better, we prefer to not leave any boats outside for theft purposes. TBW now has three full time guys to try and meet the demand and customer expectations, which can be difficult at times with us bass fisherman, lol. We have experienced a lot of growing pains of the last two years as expected and to up and start a boat dealership from scratch during the pandemic to say the least is not easy. TBW isn't your average boat dealer drop off, we are very specific and detailed in the work we strive to provide. We are not a quick drop off and throw a boat together to get it out, nor are we the cheapest. We are trying to do a better job of returning calls, but with limited staff it can be tough at times and get boats worked on at the same time. We do work by appointment for boat repairs, pretty sure most places do, and we do not want a large number of boats to sitting around.
If you want an honest, detailed and dedicated to our customers dealer, we are a great fit. If you want it cheap and quick, we are not it. We have great reviews and a lot of happy customers as well as I have learned a long time ago you cannot make everyone happy no matter how hard you may try...
My personal cell number is posted all over, so anyone can call me at any time for advice, technical support or just want talk.

Texas boat works is the only company that will touch my boat. That’s the truth. Those guys are truly the best in the business. When I go back to basscat, they will also be who I purchase from.
