Which one do you think was better?

Both were amazing, but give me 1 for the win.

2 could quite possibly be my favorite tomorrow. They’re that close.

One.
We see multiple aspects of Michael’s personality and character. A virtuous war hero who initially rejects the mobster culture but begrudgingly joins the Corleone business out of sense of family duty.
There is still hope for Michael to find a good, virtuous life. He finds true happiness with his first wife, Apollonia. After her murder he loses his soul and goes on a vengeful rampage.

Two is more one dimensional with Michael spiraling deeper into darkness and evil. Now, he starts killing for territory, greed, and power. He has that innocent girl drugged and killed to frame the senator for a casino license. Kills Moe Greene, a man with vision, ingenuity, and hard work to build Vegas out of desert sand. Killing has become a convenient solution to all problems, culminating in Fredo’s murder while he’s fishing for crying out loud. There is no hope for Michael, only despair and grief.

Both are good. Really it’s one big story.

1. It was a better movie and story.
2. rob DeF'head was not in it.
