Last year they scheduled a Toyota series on top of the THSBA regional. This year they scheduled a Toyota series on top of the THSBA state championship .

The lake is 114,000 acres, I think it will be okay.

I already saw a response from THSBA, unless weather is a factor only 25 will fish Saturday in the Toyota. There will be more then those two tournaments on Rayburn that weekend.

Does MLF even look at high school schedules when they set theirs? Honest question, not stir

It was the same way as that last season on Texoma for a THSBA Regional. We all saw how that worked out when FLW delayed their field a day.

I'm thinking no.......... unless it is their own HS circuit.
Rayburn isn't like Texoma so I think it will be fine. Texoma fishes really small for a huge lake.

Do y'all understand how pro events schedule? The local host city is who entices them to schedule an event. They get paid to bring their tour to the area.

There is nobody paying MLF to bring the Toyota series anywhere . That’s right above the bfl series. Fifth down the line of the highly prestigious want to be pro league .

They don't look at any schedules, high school or not. They schedule their event, then ask every other event to postpone and reschedule around them. In their minds they are the kings of the bass fishing world. That organization gets harder and harder to like every year.

As to paying for the Toyota to come, I also find that hard to believe. If the local tourism / economic development board is paying people to come to Rayburn they are idiots. Why pay when every ramp on that lake has a tournament going out of it every fishable weekend of the year?

It's actually 3rd down in the "ranking" of their events.

But we know you're super mad, you must be into high school

You are really a funny ole boy . Might help your disposition to give some of your time freely to a youth group .

HS fishing is a joke at best, it's out of control and angry olds like you are too involved

Hopefully the ladder team from Texoma won't be competing this year or the kids that tried to rip off the working man's tourney at Eagle Mountain

Douglas I am not angry at all. I think you are the angry little man . You don’t even have a dog in the race but yet you are the first to down high school fishing . If you like it or not it is here to stay .
