How difficult is it to replace the trim switch on a mercury shifter handle?? It went out a while ago but I didn’t give it much thought since I had the blinker trim. But now my blinker trim is starting to act up. I’d rather replace whichever one is easier to fix just so I have a working trim at the console.

Thats my money fish

I would get the blinker trim fixed asap. I bumped one up running wide open once and it stuck. If you’re motor is out of the water running wide open you’re about to have a wild ride.
