You may have to drive over there. I didn’t have that problem when I took my dads RM trailer over there. They answered the phone. Kind of a crazy run business but they do a damm good job.

that number goes to a answering service that takes and msg and ya never get a call back. I have driven by twice and the doors are locked. They have worked on my trailer in the past so I know they do good work.

I had one fantastic experience with Roadmaster and one not so great experience at Roadmaster...Second trip up there they made several gouges in my fiberglass and they did have it repaired, but I had them re-pack my bearings and they didn't even clean off my tires so I wouldn't know if they started to sling any grease driving down the road! lol

Thats my money fish

Did you try getting there really early? I recall them closing up early in the day when I was having my trailer done, early AM was the key to meeting someone on site.

I know they have been having a hard time with parts for their regular trailer builds...Mike has pretty much run the place for the 5 or 6 yrs...I would call him a "trailer master"...I think he has a couple of welders and himself...If he doesn't answer the phone, he could be in the paint booth...He gets there early and leaves at 2:30.. Good Luck
