 Freeport surf and jetty 3rd day report

Sunday 9~11 we had to head back to Dallas but before we departed, I wanted to fish one more round at the pedistrian beach. It was only about a 3-minute walk from where we were staying. I was in the water as soon as I could see and the bait fish were jumping everywhere. The conditions were about the same as Saturday if not better........0 wind, clear water, and lots of bait and fish!!!!! I fished for about an hour or so and caught blue fish, ladyfish, and Spanish mackerel!!!! I lost could after 20. It a fish almost every cast......hard to believe I know.......the perfect morning well worth the drive from Dallas. I will be back soon.
