Fish culling floaters that do not break the banks?

I've tried a bunch of the non puncture cull tags. Cal coast has been my favorite. Least favorite are the TH marine. I have not had great luck with any of the non puncture tags with the alligator style clips either.

rapala tags that come with the scale have worked great for me

I use their Lip Grip cull tags and no problem. They don't hurt the fish either.
