Got some bacon in the rec tec now then bleu cheese crumble burgers go on after bacon done. After 4 days of vacation can't wait to eat our food again. That was a spendy trip eating out and for just mediocre food. Worst part of vacation.

My wife had surgery last Thursday. Her appetite returned today and she said she wanted Swedish meatballs and noodles. I took a few liberties and did a Swedish inspired smoked meatloaf and noodles with gravy of her mama's recipe. She gave me a big smile and a thumbs up. It was a good weekend.
