Best steak I ever had was here https://rickschophouse.com/ In downtown Mckinney. Lots of cool bars and other spots all in walking distance as well if you would like some music and a drink after your meal.

Your RV costs more than my house even without any blankets in it LOL. Don’t have the camper anymore. Got a new boat though.

When I lived in Dallas I always liked Nick and Sam’s or Al Biernat’s. I’m sure there a new ones now. Not really. You listed off two in the top 5 or 10 and in DFW, that's saying something. Nick and Sam's has turned into a bit of a money making beast but I'd put their bone in fillet against anyone's. But Al's, Bob's, Capital Grille, Ocean Prime, Old Warsaw used to be.... so many top tier establishments.

Reata is another excellent experience. If anyplace screams cowtown, this is it. Maybe, but it may be moving out of cowtown.

3 Forks is still great, as is Perry’s. The pork chop at Perry’s is exceptional.
Truthfully, all of the places mentioned make a great steak. What really differentiates them is the apps, sides and dessert.
Best appetizers:
Pork belly at Del Friscos
Calamari at Capital grill
Lobster bisque at capital grill
Sides:
Carrot at Bobs
Corn at 3 Forks
Dessert:
Butter cake at Del Friscos - no contest
