Looks like finally some consistent rain is in the forecast over the next week or so. Curious as to what you guys’ strategies are with these conditions. No specific bodies of water, just what you might be considering tying in general, colors, lake features you’d look to target, etc.

Dark colors for me Black, Green Pumpkin, Purple etc...Shallow areas were water is coming in. I am looking out my window to my bass lake and I have run off coming in and every few minutes I see a bass feed.

If your talking about a lake coming up several feet. Find somewhere you can cast to a bank with some flooded grass or cover, Throw a frog (Ribbit, Horney Toad ect..) on the bank, swim it out and hold on!
Another thing that has worked for me (on clear water lakes) are perch colored poppers on the outside of the flooded stuff.
